Shipping & Returns
Postage Charges
All packages are shipped via Australia Post Express and cost the customer $15 per package under 5kg. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Timeframes
All goods purchased will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address.
Delivery Address
Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. Should no one be present at time of delivery to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will be directed to leave it in a safe place, unless you specify otherwise.
Return or Exchange Requirements
If you change your mind about an item purchased, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements and is not amongst the list of non exchangeable or refundable items also found below.
What you need to provide for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase:
• Proof of purchase provided
• Tags attached and in original packaging
• Product in original condition, including unworn, unwashed and unscratched
Non exchangeable or refundable items:
Custom Clothing & Accessories - We do not offer any exchanges or refunds.
Earrings - We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on these due to hygiene reasons.
Socks - We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on these due to hygiene reasons.
Sale Items - We do not accept refunds or exchanges on all sale or promo code items.
Postage back to our office for all exchanges or refunds are to be paid by the customers. CIRRASUE will not be held accountable for any shipping charges or fees for products being send back to us.

Refund Payments
Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 5 business days of receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: CIRRASUE cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
Exchanges or Replacements
CIRRASUE offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, colour or item; subject to product availability. These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address. A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty. Should a refund be requested for the exchanged item, CIRRASUE is happy to process a refund, should it meet the Returns Policy requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: That for international exchanges/replacements (outside of Australia), a postage fee of $19.95 will occur.
